iTransmission is a native Bit torrent client for the iOS devices including the iPhone and iPad. It is an open-source application using libtransmission as the backend which we have seen in the transmission clients for the Mac. It is fully compatible with iPhone and iPad and comes with a host of features.
The app was initially developed by Changping Chen and was later taken over by ioshomebrew. iTransmission is undoubtedly one of the best apps to download torrents on iOS for iPhone and iPad without jailbreak.

Download iTransmission on iOS
There are two methods to install the iTransmission app on iOS. The first method uses PC or Mac and the second method works without PC or Mac. Follow any of the methods and if that did not work, try the other method.

Method 1: Install iTransmission Using Mac / PC
On your PC, open the browser and download Cydia impactor. You can follow this guide to download and install Cydia impactor on PC.
Next, download iTransmission IPA file from here.
Launch Cydia impactor on your PC and connect the iPhone or iPad to the PC using the USB cable. Wait for the Cydia impactor to detect your iPhone.
Now, drag and drop the iTransmission IPA file to the Cydia Impactor.
To proceed further, you need to enter your Apple ID. If you don’t want to use the primary Apple ID, create a secondary Apple ID and enter the details.
Wait for the installation to finish. In case of any error, click on OK.
When the “Untrusted Developer” warning appears click Cancel.
Cydia impactor will install the iTransmission App onto your iPhone, and you can find the app icon on the home screen.
But, wait don’t just launch the app yet. Go to Settings > General > Device > Management and Profiles > Trust. Tap on iTransmission profile and tap on Trust twice to make the app trusted.
Disconnect the iPhone from the PC and you can launch the iTransmission app from the home screen of your iPhone.

Method 2- Download iTransmission Without PC
You can also install iTransmission without PC and Cydia impactor. Follow the steps given below to know more.
Open the Safari web browser on the iPhone.
Type http://www.iemulators.com and hit enter to visit the web page.
In the iemulators page, tap the Apps tab. Scroll down and find the iTransmission app.
Open the iTransmission app and tap on Install at the bottom of the page.
You should see an Installation confirmation message in a few minutes. Tap on the Install button proceeds with the installation.

You can launch the iTransmission app from the home screen after the installation is complete. The app may require a little getting used just like any other app, but the user interface is easy to understand making it easy to work with the app.
