Shortly after releasing the Windows 10 for the public, Microsoft also made it sure that the Windows 10 ISO could be easily downloaded from its official server. However, unlike Windows 7, here you need to visit Microsoft Techbench program to download Windows 10 32-bit / 64-bit to your PC.
You can download Windows 10 ISO either using Media creation tool or without media creation tool. Media Creation tool allows you to download Windows 10 ISO and then make a bootable Windows 10 disk or USB out of it.

The Microsoft Windows 10 is available in almost every major language including English, Chinese, Greek, Spanish etc. Now if you want to download Windows 10 in other than English language, here is how to get it in your preferred language.
Download Windows 10 [32-bit 64-bit] ISO in All Languages from Microsoft
Look for your preferred language in the link below and click on it. Once you are on the Microsoft Techbench page, click on Select Edition, select Windows 10 from the drop-down list and click on confirm.
Now if you are prompted to select the product language then select the language in which you want to download the Windows 10 ISO and click on Confirm.

Next, click on Windows 10 32-bit or 64-bit Download button to save the ISO to your PC. The download size and time could vary depending on the version you are downloading and your internet connection speed.
