When the merge button appears after tapping the record button, your call will start recording, so be sure to wait till this option appear’s to avoid partially recorded conversations. The app uses the conference call system to record outgoing and incoming calls.

The Call Recorder for iPhone app comes with a free trial for 7 days and then the monthly subscription costs well above $7 which is a bit steep considering the feature it has on offer.

To use the CallRec Lite app, during the call press the home button and open CallRec.

Tap on the red Record button and when the Merge Calls button appears, tap on it to start the recording. The recorded call can be downloaded to your computer through the CallRec server.
